Initially this website will be used to collect referee availability information for soccer tournaments. The idea being, that you can register on the website and leave your availability for any tournament(assignor) that uses the site. Currently, there are three assignors using our system. Some assignors will also post their tournament assignments for you to accept or decline.

We are looking forward to numerous updates over the coming months.

Ken Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Ken Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund is intended to provide a scholarship program for soccer referees wishing to continue their education. The available funds for scholarships are in direct proportion to the success of our fundraising events. Although soccer players generally have scholarship opportunities from colleges, playing associations and clubs, this is one of the few opportunities specifically intended for the distribution of scholarships to the soccer official.

Who is eligible....

The scholarships are available to anyone meeting these requirements:
~ the applicant or applicant's parent must be a registered USSF soccer official
~ the applicant must be a high school senior or currently enrolled as a college student
~ the application must be completed and submitted by the requested date
